Terms and conditions

Sample text for testing. Must be reviewed and completed by a lawyer with the trader's real details before launch.

1. Trader details

TechnoScyne Labs EOOD, company ID [number], registered address: [address], email: info@technoscynelabs.com, phone: [phone]. Supervisory authorities: Consumer Protection Commission (KZP) and Commission for Personal Data Protection (KZLD).

2. Subject

These terms govern the relationship between TechnoScyne Labs EOOD and consumers buying food supplements in the online shop.

3. Ordering and contract

The contract is concluded when the consumer completes the order and receives a confirmation email. An account is not required. Prices are in euro including VAT.

4. Prices and payment

Payment is cash on delivery (to the courier) or by card via Stripe. Card details are not processed by the trader. The cash-on-delivery fee and the shipping price are shown before the order is confirmed.

5. Delivery

Delivery is made by the courier chosen by the consumer to an office, an address or a parcel locker. Times and prices are on the Shipping page.

6. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

The consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, under Articles 50-57 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act. Exception: sealed goods unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Details are on the Returns page.

7. Subscriptions

With a subscription the order repeats automatically at the chosen interval (30, 60 or 90 days). The consumer receives a reminder 3 days before every charge and may pause, skip, change or cancel at any time from their account, free of charge.

8. Complaints

Complaints are accepted at info@technoscynelabs.com and handled within 14 days.

9. Online dispute resolution

Consumers may use the EU online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Governing law

Bulgarian law applies.
