Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw from it, without giving a reason.

How to return a product

1. Email us at info@technoscynelabs.com with your order number or use the form below.
2. Send the products within 14 days of notifying us, in their original packaging.
3. Return shipping is at your cost unless the product is defective or wrong.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, a product whose sealed packaging was opened after delivery cannot be returned.

Refunds

We refund within 14 days of receiving the returned products, using the original payment method (card - to the card; cash on delivery - by bank transfer).
