What data we collect

• When ordering: name, email, phone, delivery address or office, invoice details (if requested).
• With an account: email, password (encrypted), addresses, order and subscription history.
• Newsletter: email and date of consent.
• Technical: IP address and browser data at checkout (security and fraud prevention).

Purposes and legal basis

• Fulfilling and delivering the order - contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Accounting and invoicing - legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
• Marketing emails and newsletter - consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which can be withdrawn at any time.
• Analytics and marketing cookies - consent.

Retention

Order data is kept for 10 years under accounting law. Marketing data is kept until consent is withdrawn.

Recipients

Couriers (Econt, Speedy, euShipments) for delivery; Stripe for card payments; hosting and email providers; Google and Meta only with cookie consent.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You can download your data and delete your account yourself in Account → Settings, or write to info@technoscynelabs.com.

Complaints

You can complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection, www.cpdp.bg.
