Name: DAY + NIGHT
Brand: TechnoScyne Labs
SKU: TSL-DN-30

Question 1

What is in the DAY + NIGHT pack?

Accepted Answer

One pack of OVERclock (the day formula) and one of clockOUT (the night formula) for the chosen period - 30, 60 or 90 days. The formula of each is in the "Science" table above.

Question 2

How are the two formulas taken?

Accepted Answer

OVERclock - 2 capsules in the morning with breakfast. clockOUT - 3 capsules in the evening, about an hour before bed. Do not swap the times: the caffeine is only in the morning formula.

Question 3

Why two separate formulas rather than one capsule for the whole day?

Accepted Answer

Because some ingredients make sense at a particular time: caffeine in the morning; magnesium, glycine and ashwagandha in the evening. In a single all-day capsule the evening dose would contain caffeine and the morning dose would contain ingredients meant for the evening.

Question 4

Do any ingredients appear in both formulas?

Accepted Answer

Only L-theanine: 200 mg in OVERclock and 100 mg in clockOUT - 300 mg a day in total. All other ingredients are in one formula only. The vitamins and minerals do not overlap, so they do not add up beyond what the labels state.

Question 5

How much do I save with the pack?

Accepted Answer

The pack costs less than the two packs bought separately - the difference is shown next to the price for each period. With a subscription you also get an extra discount, and you can pause or cancel it at any time.

Question 6

Who should not take DAY + NIGHT?

Accepted Answer

What applies to each formula applies here: not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or people sensitive to caffeine. If you have a medical condition or take medication - especially thyroid, blood pressure or diabetes medication, antidepressants or sedatives - ask your doctor before you start.

Question 7

Can I buy just one of the formulas?

Accepted Answer

Yes - OVERclock and clockOUT are also sold separately, in 30, 60 and 90-day packs. The pack is better value if you take both.
